This round, gold-finished pin pays homage to the classic animated short "Mickey and the Beanstalk", one of the two shorts comprising the animated classic "Fun and Fancy Free." Featured is by the scene where Willie the Giant is surprised to find Mickey rising up out of the sandwich he was about to start eating.
The Pin on Pin elements are the giant’s hand, the sandwich it is holding, and Mickey himself seen from the shoulders up rising out of the sandwich.
Printed down the left back side of the original card is the code "P389-7448-2-12202". This same code was found in a similar place on the back of at least one of the cards of other pins in this series released on the same day as this particular pin was released. Similar, but not identical, codes were found on the back of the card of other pins in this series that had different release dates.
What is unusual about this pin is that the white label containing the price and SKU number was placed on the back of the card itself, rather than on the back of the cellophane envelope the pin on it’s card was packaged into. The earliest releases in this series had their SKU label placed on the cellophane envelope.
