This watch was awarded as a gift to any collector that purchased all of the watches released in the Watch collector series of 1995. It features Cogsworth standing next to a locomotive with the outer border that reads "WATCH COLLECTORS SERIES IV" in gold text with a red translucent fill. At the bas of the pin is the year 1995 on a railroad tie in the tracks. The back has a waffle design and reads "WATCH COLLECTOR'S SERIES IV", "©: DISNEY", and "Taiwan."
