Shere Khan was the Spring 1998 Walt Disney Classics Collection Event Sculpture. When you purchased one you received a pin that featured artwork similar to the sculpture and a teal box with EVENT SCULPTURE 1998 written in gold on it. The pin came on a card that said it was a limited edition of 1300. The reverse of this gold metal pin has ©DISNEY written on it. The pin is about 1.5" tall.
